Data-Processing Addendum

This Data-Processing Addendum forms part of the collaboration agreement between Tándem and the referring practice and sets out the responsibilities of each party with respect to personal data processed in connection with the collaboration, in accordance with UK GDPR 2018 and, where applicable, EU GDPR 2016/679.
