Terms of Collaboration
These terms govern each collaboration agreement entered into between Tándem (operated by Dr Roberto López-Píriz and Dr David Madruga) and a referring dental practice. They apply from the moment a case submission is accepted in writing by a co-director and remain in force until the patient is formally discharged back to the referring practice.
Tándem reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Revisions take effect for new cases submitted after the date of publication. Existing collaboration agreements in progress at the date of revision are not affected.
All clinical records, imaging, reports and materials produced in connection with a Tándem collaboration are the intellectual property of the producing clinician. Neither party may reproduce or publish case materials without the written consent of the other and the informed consent of the patient.
Fees are set out in the current fee schedule, provided upon request to verified dental practitioners. Payment is due within thirty days of the date of the surgical report. Late payment may attract interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be referred to the courts of England and Wales, or, if the referring practice is based in Spain, to the courts of Madrid, at the election of the referring practice.
