Collaboration models

Five ways to work together. One for every professional moment.

Tándem formalises five distinct models of collaboration, agreed in writing on a per-case basis.

At your practice: co-surgery

I operate · you assist

I travel to your practice and perform the surgery on your patient. Ideal when the patient prefers not to travel and you want to keep everything within your practice.

You operate · I mentor

I travel to your practice and guide you through theatre, step by step. Ideal if you have experience and want to step up to a complex case with a safety net.

At our clinic (Madrid / London): co-surgery

You operate · I mentor

You travel with your patient and operate in my theatre under my direct mentorship. Combine training with treatment of your own case.

I operate · you learn

You travel with your patient, I perform the surgery and you observe live in theatre. Resolve a case once considered impossible and learn the technique.

On our cases: training only

Observer programme

No patient of your own. Immersion days observing complex surgeries at my clinic. A first encounter with advanced technique before your first complex case.
